Yum, yum, yum! Here at Bridal Babe Fitness we encourage eating lots and lots of veggies! We love broccoli so much, it’s delicious and filled with nutrients. This is a great recipe to have with grilled chicken and brown rice. Enjoy!
Garlic & Lemon Roasted Broccoli
2 broccoli crowns, separated into florets
1 teaspoon coconut oil
2 cloves of garlic, minced
sea salt & pepper to taste
1 tablespoon fresh squeezed lemon juice
Preheat the oven to 375 degrees. Combine the broccoli, coconut oil, sea salt and pepper in bowl. Then, spread out on pan and cook for 20 minutes or until tender. When done, squeeze lemon juice over the cooked broccoli and serve!
