Warm up: 5-10 minute jog & stretch!!

Ab Circuit:

12 Plank Side Touches (on each side)

12 Medicine Ball Sit Ups

12 Knee Cross Planks (on each side)

12 Sit Up Leg climbers (on each side)

12 Reverse Crunches

Complete the circuit 3 times through!

Cool Down: 5-10 minute jog & stretch!!!
