Whether you’re new to fitness or a fitness junkie, incorporating cardio exercise into your routines is so very important. Try your best to fit in 3-5 days of cardio exercise per week. That might sound like a lot, but trust me, the more you move the better you’ll feel!


“High Intensity Interval Training” is short duration, high intensity intervals intermixed with less intense, longer duration “recovery” intervals. Creating fat burning, metabolism boosting, quick and fun workouts!

 15 Minute HIIT Example:

Jog 2 minutes

Sprint 1 minute

Repeat 5x
