Hey there! I’m Caitlin, I started Bridal Babe Fitness because I have a passion for health, fitness and weddings!! I am a Wedding Planner, a Certified Nutrition Coach through IIN as well as a NASM Certified Personal Trainer and Weight Loss Specialist.

I love running, hiking, skiing, and water sports. When I’m not planning weddings, working on Bridal Babe Fitness or partaking in Sierra outdoor activities, you can usually find me drinking coffee, playing with my puppy, Skyping with my sister & niece, going to yoga or talking up a storm. I love to talk. :)

Ladies, meet Dave! He creates and demonstrates many of our workouts. He is a Certified Personal Trainer, Corrective Exercise Specialist, Group Fitness Instructor and Athletic Coach.

Dave is a sports enthusiast and has a passion for all things health and fitness. He can’t sit still, he is always either skiing, running, working out, hiking, paddle boarding, biking or playing with his puppy, Charlie. He eats more granola than anyone I’ve ever met and got me hooked on protein powder smoothies. Oh yes, and he is the brains behind Big Mountain Fitness (tell your soon-to-be hubby’s to check it out!)
