We focus on a gluten free and (mostly) dairy free lifestyle. Foods we love and that consist of about 90% of our diet include fruits, vegetables, lean proteins & healthy grains.

Whoever came up with the thought that fruit is bad, is crazy. It is filled with dietary fiber, potassium, folate, vitamin C, antioxidants and phytonutrients, all of which are essential for our health.
The nutrients in vegetables are vital for our overall health and proper maintenance of our bodies. They are filled with calcium, magnesium, vitamin A, vitamin C, folate, potassium, dietary fiber, iron, beta-cerotene, vitamin B-complex and vitamin K. Just remember – the greener, the better!
Protein, protein, protein!!
Meats – our favorites include chicken, turkey, venison or beef.
Eggs – we love eggs! I recommend using half egg whites and half whole eggs in whatever you are making!
