Friday Cardio

Hi Ladies! Who fit in their Friday cardio to kick start the weekend?

Try to get in an hour today and keep sweating for your wedding!! If possible, try to avoid the monotonous treadmill and make it fun! Head outside for a hike with your bridesmaids, a bike ride, swim or try something new like a kickboxing class.

Total Body Tuesday!

Hi Ladies! Are you ready for your Total Body Tuesday circuit?

Equipment: 6 – 12 lb dumbbells

Circuit: complete 15 reps of each exercise, and repeat the circuit 3 to 4 times through

1. Side Walking Lunges

2. Floor Bridge Bench Press

3. Plank Dumbbell Rows

4. Knee Curl to Press

5. Alternating Jump Lunges

6. Oblique Side Touches

7. Leg Raises

1 minute break

REPEAT!!! We’re sweating for your wedding!!

Try and only take about 10-15 seconds rest between exercises. This circuit is meant to get your heart rate up, burn lots of calories and full body tone!

Whether that be walking, running, biking, nordic skiing, swimming, group exercise, etc. just  get in a full hour and make it count! This is a great way to kick start the week and get you ready for our Total Body Tuesday workout!!
