Equipment: 6 – 12 lb dumbbells

Circuit: complete 15 reps of each exercise, and repeat the circuit 3 to 4 times through

1. Side Walking Lunges

2. Floor Bridge Bench Press

3. Plank Dumbbell Rows

4. Knee Curl to Press

5. Alternating Jump Lunges

6. Oblique Side Touches

1 minute break
